8 Bedroom Villa Maxima consists of the 6 bedroom villa plus a 2 bedroom apartment located at the same address. When rented separately the apartment is private and doesn't have access to the villa pool or garden area. When rented together the apartment will have a key with access to the villa grounds. There are 8 bedrooms, 7 of which have en-suite bathrooms and 1 with no bathroom. There are two half bathrooms with toilet and sink.

Please note we have an inverter back-up system which powers the lights, WiFi, TV, alarm system and appliances - the only items that are not covered by the back-up system are the fridge, stove and intercom for opening the main door. The back up system consists of 2 x batteries and 2 x 5 kw inverters - this is sufficient for all lights and plugs.
During loadshedding electrical appliances such as the stove, hairdryers, aircon, heaters may not be used as it will overload the system, which then requires for an electrician to come and reset the system. We have a gas powered BBQ/Braai for cooking and the swimming pool is heated through solar power.
