Newly rearchitected Tanda Tula Safari Camp takes full advantage of its position on the Nhlaralumi River in South Africa’s Timbavati Private Nature Reserve to create intimate guest experiences across the breadth of the camp.

Located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve within the Greater Kruger National Park. 7 Safari Suites for 2 guests and 2 Family Suites for 4 guests each (2 adults and 2 children or 2 couples). The spacious suites have an open plan lounge and bedroom configuration leading onto an expansive terrace with a plunge pool overlooking the dry riverbed. The bathroom offers indoor and outdoor showers, freestanding bathtub, and all other amenities. There are light and airy main areas consisting of lounge, dining, and bar areas with a wraparound, covered patio. Communal pool, as well as library, Exercise Zone, and Wellness Nest. Game drive policy at Safari Camp is a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle (shared). Private vehicles must be booked in advance at an additional cost and depend on availability. W eaccept children from the age of 6 and 16. 17 years and older is considered an adult.

The entire front of the suite is a combination of sliding glass doors and canvas sliding walls, allowing the light to flood in. Outdoor covered decks and private plunge pools, ideal for dining and relaxing, with sunken bench seating – bringing you closer to nature. These ecologically sensitive suites are fully ‘off grid’, powered by solar with water wise systems.
